Appointments may be booked via our website through a third-party platform (CarePatron).

All services are provided via telehealth.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for services are outlined on the website and may vary depending on the type of service and practitioner.

Payment terms and billing may be managed through third-party systems.

Medicare rebates may be available for services provided by registered psychologists. Services provided by provisional psychologists are not eligible for Medicare rebates.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee.

Failure to attend an appointment may result in the full session fee being charged.

6. Limitation of Liability

Joe & Co Psychology makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website. However, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate or up to date.
